Built by the design of the architectural company Schneider+Schumacher Architekturges, the building is famous for its energy-efficiency which is achieved by a number of practical measures: maximal use of daylight, recovery of exhaust air, control over the temperature in each of the rooms, etc. Europa-Allee is a 7-story office building (with 24,000 square-meter rental space), owned by CA Immo Nord 1 Projekt and located in the heart of the city. The main facade of the building is made of aluminum and glass and excellently matches the environment of the modern European city. The sustainable building achieved DGNB certification (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Nachhaltiges Bauen - German Society for Sustainable Building). The center includes shops, fitness facilities and spa salons.
