The first office building in the Southern hemisphere with LEED-Platinum certification, Cundall Sydney Office (fitout), was opened in 2003 in St.Leonards, Sydney, and participated in the green building movement in the country. This famous engineering company has a leading role in the sphere of promoting environmentally sustainable design (ESD) and eco-friendly office spaces and cooperates with Green Building Council of Australia. Cundall has 15 offices in the world, particularly in the largest cities of Australia (Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) and in the United Kingdom. The founder of the consulting engineering company is Simon Wild, sustainable design engineer and consultant mechanical engineer with huge work experience. The company has achieved a number of prestigious awards (Major Project of the Year, Innovation Award and Sustainable Consultant of the Year). Cundall is one of the founders of the Green Building Council of Romania.
