The architect of this prime building was Lend Lease Design in collaboration with Whittaker Hadenham Openshaw and PTW Architects. Australia’s most awarded commercial building has had significant achievements for reduction of CO2 emissions (48%), natural ventilation and reduction of air pollutants. The external shades or the so-called venetian blinds of the building control the process of heat loss. The building also features such important “green” elements as low-VOC paints and carpets, a 4-story sandstone atrium wall, systems of natural heating and cooling, etc.
