One of the most beautiful and spectacular buildings of Yerevan, which stands on the small hill with obvious underlined special, supreme status. Building designed in 1947, under the leadership of the famous Armenian architect Mark Grigoryan and construction took in 1948-1950. After the construction end, in 1951, Mark Grigoryan was awarded with the State Prize of the USSR. The building made of light orange tuff, truly embodies the fine composition of building architecture, its location and landscape design, and on the right is one or the best architectural masterpieces of the time
